1948: Gandhi’s Last Days. The India watched the killing of a saint, who always thought about the welfare of his fellow brothers. On January 30th, 1948, 5.00 PM he was shot by a gunman (claimed himself as a Hindu). Gandhi died uttering “Rama, Rama” (God, God); That was his last prayer.
My Thoughts I belong to Hindu philosophy, there is no room for violence in Hinduism. I believe that who killed that noble man, can’t belong to any religion, because Gandhi loved and respected all the religions in India equally.
