Now untitled page can be saved as an web page, I chose index.htm, as it will run from apache

I added a web-folder that will hold future web pages

Now let us change the title in index page

Now you may view blank index page

As you notice that changes in dwt did not appear in index.htm

Now, let us close index.htm and we would re-create it.

choose create from dynamic web template

Let us Replace the old index.htm

Attah or Detach from dwt
