At the time of creating document, windows XP was supported by Microsoft. To date I troubleshoot XP machine for my overseas communities.

Windows Ultimate differs from windows XP, and this document describes how to add loop back adapter and then install Oracle 11.2g 64 Bit in Windows Ultimate 64Bit (Dell 3000 Desktop ) computer.
